We, at PGPL, are dedicated to creating an inclusive culture that supports every employee, and breeds innovation across all teams. We have multiple initiatives designed to avert discrimination and other undesirable actions. Additionally, education and awareness about unconscious bias is a mandatory part of our employee onboarding, while annual compliance programs help to increase knowledge and comprehension of differences.
