Occupational Health and Safety
The glass industry, similar to other heavy industries, has a high risk of accidents. Glass handling and production may pose risks of cutting and burns, while usage of heavy machinery has its own risks.
Since our employees’ ability to execute their jobs properly depends on their physical and mental health as well as their safety and security, health and safety are one of our top concerns. We have established and implemented ISO 45001 for identifying safety risks and preventing and mitigating the same. As a commitment to our policy, we also influence our contractors and suppliers to adopt the PGPL Environmental, Health and Safety policies, principles and practices.
