Mr. D. Shivakumar or Shiv as he is popularly known, is a Bangalore born leader and a management thinker based out of Gurgaon. He is associated with Advent International, a top global private equity firm as Operating Partner since April 2023. Before his role at Advent International, he was the Group Executive President of Corporate Strategy at Aditya Birla Group. Prior to joining Aditya Birla Group, Mr. Shiv was the Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer at PepsiCo Holdings Private Limited in India. He also served as the CEO for emerging markets at Nokia. Mr. Shiv began his career as a management trainee in the Consumer Products Division at Hindustan Ciba Geigy, then moved to Hindustan Unilever Limited where he spent 19 years in sales, marketing and general management positions. In 2003, he joined Philips India as Chief Executive Officer of the consumer electronics division. Mr. Shiv has graduated from IIT Madras, IIM Calcutta and Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Shah is a Commerce Graduate and is a rank holder of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (1981). He has also pursued Management Education Programme from IIM, Ahmedabad and Advanced Management Program from the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. He joined Piramal Group's Strategic Planning function in 1988 and later moved to Piramal Glass as Managing Director. After his successful stint at Piramal Glass, he was entrusted the responsibility of Pharmaceutical formulations business at Piramal Healthcare in 1999. Later, he moved back to Piramal Glass as Managing Director in 2006.

Dr. V S Parthasarathy has over 40 years of rich experience wherein he has successfully led businesses, functions, organization transformations and over 125 Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions. He is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, India and ICAEW, UK and an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advance Management Programme (2011). He recently completed his PhD from Mumbai university. Recently, he authored (with guides) a Book on M&A titled ‘The Anatomy of M&A’. He is on the board of several listed and unlisted companies. He is an Independent Director on LIC India, Insurance giant, NIIT MTS a Edutech Listed company and Pennar Industries. He is on the Boards of companies on path to being unicorn+ IPO like Cloudnine Hospitals, Car Dekho, Greencell Mobility, to mention a few. He also coaches and mentors Startups. Dr. Parthasarathy started his career with Modi Xerox and rose to the position of Associate Director, serving across multiple positions and locations. In Mahindra Group, where he served more than two decades, his last role was as the President of Mobility Services Sector. Prior to that, he was the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) for seven ++ years. Additionally, he has served as a member of the Mahindra Group Executive Board and been on the board of several listed companies. He carries out several philanthropic activities for women’s empowerment through education, employment and entrepreneurship initiatives of SEWA (Self Employed Women’s Association) and is an Independent Director on two of its companies. He has received Lifetime Achievement Awards for his CFO and CIO roles, Business World - Yes Bank Hall of Fame Award; Best CFO of India Award by IMA Corporate Excellence Awards; Digital Icon of India Award by HPE; and CIO 100 – Hall of Fame by CIO after winning the awards for four consecutive years.

Ms. Neela Bhattacherjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business strategy, M&A, sales & marketing, product development in the global Information technology and services industry. She has over 32 years of post – qualification experience. She is an active member of the Indian Angel Network (IAN) and TalentNomics through which she works with, and mentors women in the corporate world. She also serves as an Independent Director on the boards and committees of S.H. Kelkar & Co. Ltd., Keva Fragrances Pvt. Ltd. and Alkem Laboratories Ltd.

Mr. Mehta is a Senior Managing Director in the Private Equity Group of Blackstone based in Mumbai. He has spent two decades in Indian Private Equity and has been awarded 40 under 40 award by Economic Times. At Blackstone, he is involved in several transactions incl. acq. of AGS Health, International Gemological Institute, VFS Global, R Systems International, Xpressbees, Simplilearn, Piramal Glass Division, Aadhar Housing Finance and TaskUS. He is a Chartered Accountant, with a Master’s Degree in Commerce and has completed CFA (AIMR-USA).

Mr. Agrawal is a Managing Director in the Private Equity Group based in Mumbai, where he focusses on investments in Technology, Business services & Consumer derivative sectors. He has been involved in Blackstone’s investments in VFS, Mphasis, R Systems, PGP Glass, EPL, Intelenet and IBS Software. He received a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Delhi. He holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named a Siebel Scholar and an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Mr. Dalmia is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Operations Asia, based in Mumbai, India, responsible for driving value creation across Blackstone Portfolio companies in Asia and deliver returns to investors. Before joining Blackstone, he had diverse operational experience of over 13 years with Hindustan Unilever India ("HUL") in various management and business leadership roles. He has undergone a management training program with IIM, Ahmedabad and has received B. Com. (Hons.) from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. He is also a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant with three Gold Medals for securing first ranks in the country.

Ms. Vikram is a Managing Director at Blackstone Private Equity in Mumbai, bringing over 10 years of experience in various industries and expertise in areas such as new product development and ESG. She previously worked at KKR in India, handling private equity investments and value creation. Ms. Vikram began her career at the Boston Consulting Group after earning an M.B.A. from the IIM, Ahmedabad, and holds a B.E. (Honors) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani.

Dinesh D Dahivelkar is the President, Global Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of the Company. He has been associated with the business since June 2014, initially with Piramal Glass Private Limited and subsequently with PGP Glass Private Limited following the acquisition of the business by Blackstone. In his current role, he leads the Company’s entire finance function, ensuring strong financial governance and risk management across the enterprise. He oversees financial strategy, compliance and long-term value protection to support sustainable business growth. His leadership contributes to disciplined capital management and robust organizational resilience. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Pune. He brings with him approximately 27 years of experience in the finance sector. Prior to his association with the Company, he has held senior finance roles at VIP Industries Limited, Nashik; Fem Care Pharma Limited, Nashik; and Piramal Enterprises Limited.

Ms. Vaishali Jain is a Company Secretary and a Law Graduate. She has completed her Company Secretarial course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2015. Additionally, she has completed her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor in Legislative law from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics and G.J. Advani Law College respectively. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Governance, Legal Compliance, Board processes and Securities Law. She started her career with MG Consulting Private Limited, CS firm, where she handled various assignments including Initial Public Offering of Nazara Technologies. She was also associated as a Company Secretary with Piramal Group and L&T Finance, where she handled end to end corporate secretarial compliances under various applicable laws including Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations. She is associated with PGP Glass Private Limited as Company Secretary since 2023 and is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, compliance with corporate laws, supporting the Board in governance and decision-making while maintaining transparent governance standards across the organization. Her appointment strengthens the Company’s governance architecture and compliance rigor.

Mr. Sanjay Tiwari holds senior leadership responsibilities across multiple segments. As CEO of PGP Glass USA, he oversees sales and business development across all company segments within USA. He manages the global market for the SFB segments. In his role as COO of the Company, oversight of operations in Jambusar. Furthermore, as a Director of PGP Glass Ceylon Plc, he is responsible for the entire Sri Lanka operations, business strategy, government liaison, and mentoring the local COO. Mr. Tiwari drives global market execution, operational integration, and customer-focused growth in all key geographies, bolstering Company’s domestic and international presence. He has been associated with the Company since 2006 and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan, an executive MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and is a Chartered Accountant with 32 years of experience in the Glass sector.

Mr. Vipul Vij is the COO of C&P business and Kosamba operations leading manufacturing and operational efficiency within a critical business segment. His role is central to strengthening operational performance and delivery reliability. He has been associated with the Company since 2021 and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Delhi and an MBA (Technology) from Deakin University with 33 years of experience in the Glass sector.

Mr. Rajeev Yadav, President and GCHRO at PGP Glass, He is also responsible for EHS, CSR, and the Corrugation business. His leadership enables talent development, employee engagement, and responsible corporate citizenship. He has been associated with the Company since 2021 and holds degrees in arts and law and an MBA from SIBER School of Management, Ahmedabad, and has 27 years of experience.

Mr. C N Banerjee serves as the Global Chief Projects, Technology and Sustainability Officer of our Company. He is responsible for driving technology innovation, delivering major projects, leading IT & Digital transformation, strengthening Manufacturing Excellence and advancing sustainability initiatives across global operations and has been associated with the Company since 2021 and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology and a master’s degree in industrial and management engineering from IIT Kanpur and has 35 years of experience.

Mr. Vigghnesh Navvale serves as Head of Global Supply Chain Management at PGP Glass, with end-to-end responsibility for sourcing of direct and indirect materials, energy, and freight. He leads supply chain strategy, cost and logistics optimization, and operational resilience, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations, efficient working capital, and responsive customer service across the value chain. He has been associated with the Company since 2019 and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and has 30 years of experience.

Mr. Zoeb Kanorwalla is the Head of Global Design and Corporate Branding & Communications of our Company. He leads the Product/Industrial Design initiatives for the organisation and is responsible for creating the entire product design portfolio and design strategy of PGP Glass globally in all categories of packaging. He also leads PGP’s brand identity and communication aesthetics that reinforce the company’s global positioning. His work supports consistent storytelling, visual excellence, and strong brand recall across markets and hold’s a bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil branch) from the University of Pune and a master’s degree in industrial design from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He has approximately 30 years of experience in the design sector.
