Inclusivity isn’t just another tick off a list for us. We have seen the importance of an inclusive workforce and are a fierce advocate for it across industries. In the last 5 years, we have added 650 women to our shopfloor and manufacturing operations. We are also the only company in the glass industry to have women run entire departments at the shopfloor. To continue making PGP a safe, and inclusive workplace, we have been permitted by the Government to have women work in all 3 shifts at the manufacturing plants.

We are consistently upgrading our facilities to create an ecosystem that ensures our 120+ special-needs staff is as comfortable and efficient at the workplace as anyone else. They are inducted and trained on good manufacturing practices, and safety at the workplace.

Cricket Championship of the
Deaf 2021 & 2022
Our support for the differently abled goes beyond the functions at our company. We have sponsored the All-Gujarat Sports Council of the Deaf’s National T20 Cricket Championship of the Deaf in 2021 & 2022. Of all the athletes, two of them work at PGP, and many have a strong chance of representing India at the T20 World Cup in 2023.
