Unlocking new pathways with LEAP

The platform gives high performing employees at the middle management level the opportunity to be selected and groomed for senior leadership roles. They are hand picked, and undergo the LEAP journey with leading knowledge partners specialised in leadership assessments. 

They also undergo the 16pf and 270 degree feedback assessments and those who qualify get a personalised coaching and a structured development process for 6 months where they are exposed to multiple experiences. 

Post the development journey, the HR function focuses on building a career management system for them to ensure succession plans to groom them for specific senior roles.
