The Chloe Intense project began not as a single order, but as a testament to a long-standing relationship. PGP Glass had previously partnered with Coty on the successful launch of Chloe Signature, establishing a foundation of trust and quality. Coty, recognizing PGP Glass’s proven track record and reliable supply chain, entrusted them with the launch of Chloe Intense. This was a pivotal moment for PGP Glass, marking a significant step towards becoming a leading player in the luxury fragrance packaging market.

Design, Development, and Delivery

The Chloe Intense bottle presented unique design and manufacturing challenges. The iconic bottle shape, characterized by vertical grooves and a distinctive window, demanded meticulous attention to detail. The bottle also has a screw neck design which presents its own set of engineering complexities. PGP Glass overcame these challenges through meticulous planning and rigorous quality control.


An additional flaming process was implemented to enhance the bottle’s clarity and aesthetics, while stringent quality checks were conducted throughout the manufacturing process. The project also demanded a robust and reliable supply chain. PGP Glass, recognizing the importance of on-time delivery for a global launch, optimized its logistics. Our reliable supply chain and production planning ensured we achieved Coty’s stringent deadlines and exceeded expectations.

Miniature Mastery and Sustainable Innovation

Beyond the standard bottle size, PGP Glass successfully developed a miniature 5ml version of the Chloe Intense bottle. This achievement showcased PGP Glass’s expertise in crafting intricate designs for smaller formats, further solidifying their position as a leader in luxury perfume packaging. The Chloe Intense project also embodies Chloe’s commitment to sustainability. The screw-neck design encourages refilling, reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact.
